Guerino Fares is Full Professor of Administrative and Public Law at Roma 3 University, where he’s Lecturer of Constitutional Law, School Law, Health Law and Economic Law and Financial Education. He’s Director of Research Center on «Innovation & Health – Roma 3″ and moreover Director of the following Master Courses: Drug Innovation and Regulation», “Educator for special needs”, “Health-Pharmaceutical Law & Management”. He is also: President of the AIOP (Italian Association of Private Hospitals) Board of Arbitrators; Italian Representative at HeaLab EuroNet (www.healab.net); Attorney at highest order Courts; Scientific Director of Ius & Salus law journal (www.rivistaiusetsalus.it); Roma 3 Rector’s Delegate for the relationship with students; Member of the ASA-Tre’s Scientific Board (Alta Scuola di formazione. per l’Amministrazione). Furthermore, he’s teaching Economic Policies at the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, where he’s coordinating the Master’s degree in Integrated Cybersecurity of Healthcare Systems.

In addition, he’s teaching Public Procurement Law at San Raffaele University of Rome. Moreover, he taught in some Masters’ courses at University of Cantabria-Santander and Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He’s Member of Scientific Board at Sofia Legal Science Network (SLSN) at “St. Kliment Ohridski” Sofia University as well. He has coordinated numerous national and international research projects. He has participated as a speaker in numerous international national conferences. He has published frequently on a wide range of health law topics, recently with particular attention to the processing of sensitive data.
